ALL MORNING, ALL NIGHT Bún (143 Grand St., between Lafayette and Crosby streets, 212-431-7900) tried to offer 24-hour service in the past without success, but it is trying it again, starting this Friday. Breakfast items, served from midnight to 11 a.m., include pandan pancakes; sticky rice with Chinese pork sausages, and duck confit with daikon pancake, duck egg, and red vinegar soy sauce.

MORE SSÄM, MORE FUN Momofuku Ssäm Bar (207 Second Ave. at 13th Street, 212-254-3500) is taking over the space next door, according to the Web log eater.com. It quoted chef-owner David Chang as saying the restaurant would be closed for about a week at the end of August for the expansion.

CHODOROW’S WOES The space currently occupied by Borough Food & Drink (12 E. 22nd St., between Park Avenue South and Broadway, 212-260-0103) is being reconceptualized once again. Once Matthew Kenney’s Commune, then reality TV restaurant Rocco’s on 22nd Street, and then Caviar & Banana, the new restaurant has not yet taken shape. Reporting on her Web log, Insatiable Critic, Gael Greene says Eric Lemonides and Jason Weiner of Hamptons restaurants Almond and Almoncello are working with with leaseholder Jeffrey Chodorow to develop the space. Mr. Chodorow’s director of product development, Terry Zarikian, confirmed that Borough Food & Drink was going away, but he said details of the new space had not been finalized.

MEATLESS STRETCH Kosher restaurants Le Marais (150 W. 46th St., between Sixth Avenue and Broadway, 212-869-0900) and Clubhouse Cafe (across the street at 155 W. 46th St., 212-354-3838) are offering special menu items for the first nine days of the Jewish month of Av, when some Jews refrain from eating meat. The period begins this Friday.

Special offerings at Le Marais include grilled white tuna with charred corn, avocado, and a red pepper coulis, and a dish of ravioli with roasted shiitake mushrooms, fava beans, pine nuts, tarragon, and yellow tomato coulis. Clubhouse Cafe has put a grilled tuna burger on the menu, with avocado, curried mayonnaise, and chutney. It also is offering a fried fish po’ boy.

SAVORY, NOT SWEET Mama’s Mudsliders (120 Christopher St., between Bleecker and Bedford streets, 646-414-4447), which opened a few months ago as a retro dessert bar, has introduced items for people not interested in indulging their sweet teeth. That includes cheese fries and assorted sandwiches, such as a BLT, grilled cheese, and grilled vegetables served cold with goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette on a baguette.

BURRITO ME UP Another Chipotle is opening (320 Park Ave. at 50th Street, 212-754-3098) today. Between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m., a $5 donation will get visitors an entrée and fountain drink, with proceeds going to Just Food, which procures local produce for New Yorkers.

PAIRING ROSÉ North Square (103 Waverly Pl. at MacDougal Street, 212-254-1200) has recently reopened after several weeks of redecorating and is offering a rosé and food class next Tuesday. Wine director Raoul Segarra will talk guests through four wines paired with food by chef Yoel Cruz. The class starts at 6 p.m. and is $60.
