Arrest Made in Burning Of Homeless Man

Police yesterday arrested a suspect who allegedly set on fire a homeless man in Manhattan on Friday, police officials said.
Israel Torres, 29, of the Bronx was arrested for lighting the fire that burned Felix Najera as he was sleeping on the sidewalk on 103rd Street in Spanish Harlem, police said.
Mr. Torres is being charged with attempted murder and first degree assault, police said.
