An out-of-control livery cab struck three people in Brooklyn yesterday, leaving two teenagers clinging to their lives, police officials said. The victims, who were not identified, were hit at the corner of Flatbush Avenue and Glenwood Road in the Kensington section of Brooklyn. While it was unclear yesterday how the driver lost control, investigators believe that speeding may have caused the incident, police said. The victims, a 15-year-old and a 16-year-old, remain in critical condition, police said.
