A Queens bus driver was charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child yesterday after he was caught engaged in an indecent act in the parking lot at Shea Stadium on Wednesday, officials said.
After dropping off a group of Bronx middle school students, Jacob Nasser, 68, was soon after observed in the act by a busload of Albany residents, who notified police.
If convicted, he faces up to one year in jail. Mr. Nasser had not been arraigned as of press time and no lawyer was available to comment.
