A 16-year-old boy was fatally shot in the neck yesterday in the East New York section of Brooklyn, police officials said.

Police said they were searching for another teenager who they believe shot Henry Talbert of 392 New Jersey Avenue.

The shooting took place at 3:54 p.m. in front of 2176 Pitkin Avenue. Talbert was able to stumble almost half a block to Bradford Avenue before collapsing, police said. He was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No motive for the killing was immediately apparent, police said.
