RICHMOND, Va. (AP) – A single player has won the grand prize from the latest Mega Millions lotto drawing.
Lottery officials said the winning ticket from Friday night’s drawing – worth $105 million – was sold in New York. The winning numbers in the multistate lottery were 24, 32, 34, 36 and 39, and the Mega Ball number was 6.
Five players – including one in New Jersey – matched all five lotto numbers to win $250,000 each, while another 33 players matched four lotto numbers and the Mega Ball to win $10,000 each.
The next Mega Millions drawing, with a jackpot worth $12 million, will be held Tuesday.
