MICROSOFT ACCUSES E.U. OF ‘SECRET CONTACTS’ WITH ITS COMPETITORS
Microsoft accused E.U. regulators of arranging “secret contacts” between its competitors and said the Commission “actively encouraged Microsoft’s adversaries to ‘educate’ the trustee in a manner detrimental to Microsoft.”
