GLOW SHOW
Adrienne Farb’s paintings are on view in “Glow” at Mary Ryan Gallery. Each large painting consists of a bundle of long, vertical brushstrokes – the canvases resemble shelves packed with colorful books. Paintings by Robert Stuart are also on view in “Glow.” Mr. Stuart also favors vertical stripes, though his uniform lines are more like neon prison bars. Through Saturday, May 7, Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Mary Ryan Gallery, 24 W. 57th St., between Fifth and Sixth avenues, 212-397-0669, free.
