DYLAN DISCUSSION The editor of “Studio A: The Bob Dylan Reader” (Norton), Benjamin Hedin, discusses Mr. Dylan’s work with a panel of writers. Participants include a contributor to “Studio A,” David Gates; a music writer for the New Yorker, Alex Ross; and Dylan archivist Mitch Blank, who made his extensive collection available for “The Bob Dylan Scrapbook: 1956-1966” and the recent documentary “No Direction Home” (Saturday, 7 p.m.). The next evening at the same bar, Mary Gaitskill reads from her novel “Veronica” (Pantheon), which has been nominated for a National Book Award. She is joined by Noria Jablonski, who reads from her short story collection “Human Oddities” (Shoemaker & Hoard) (Sunday, 7 p.m.).
