VERTIGO MOVES The Israel-based Vertigo Dance Company presents the American premiere of “Birth of the Phoenix.” The piece, which will be performed outdoors, is meant to highlight the relationship between human beings and their environment. The performance will be preceded by a picnic (6:30 p.m.). Tomorrow through Thursday, 8:30 p.m., Riverside Park, 73rd Street at the Hudson River, 646-505-5708, $10.
