There will be mock battles, campsites, portrait painting, a quilting bee, and soapbox orations. The day’s highlight is a formal “Declaration of Causes” (2 p.m.). Saturday, noon-5 p.m., Governors Island, free. Note: Free ferry service is provided from Manhattan, departing from Slip 7 of the Battery Maritime Building on FDR Drive at Broad Street. Please go to www.publicartfund.org for more information.
