POE’S PROTEGE In a tribute to the long career of director Curtis Harrington, Anthology Film Archives hosts a retrospective series of his movies. The series includes the theatrical premiere of “Usher,” his 2004 film based on Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Fall of the House of Usher.” Through Wednesday, 7 p.m., Anthology Film Archives, 32 Second Ave. at 2nd Street, 212-505-5181, $8 general, $6 seniors and students, $5 members.
