SIGNS OF CHANGE The British Consulate-General and other sponsors present the new photography show “NorthSouthEastWest,” which focuses on climate change and its effects. The work of photographers, including Alex Webb, Chris Steele-Perkins, and Bruce Gilden, capturing scenes from around the world, are on display. The show opened in London in March, and by the end of this year will have visited cities in more than 60 countries. Through Monday, February 20, Tuesday-Thursday, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Friday, 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m., on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., New York Hall of Science, 47-01 111th St., between Roosevelt Avenue and Long Island Expressway, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens, 718-699-0005, $11 general, $8 children under 17 and seniors.


ARCHITECTURE THROUGH THE LENS Photographer Todd Eberle discusses his work focusing on the Modernist movement in art and architecture. His recently opened exhibit at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art features his cropped details of ceiling and architectural details from buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, and others. A professor of architectural history at the City University of New York, Robert Twombly,provides additional commentary on Mr. Eberle’s work.
