SIMPLY DIVINE A tour through the Cathedral of St. John the Divine focuses on its fusion of medieval and modern architectural styles. Saturday, 12:45 p.m., the Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine, 1047 Amster dam Ave., between 111th and 112th streets, 212-932-7347, $10 general, $8 seniors and children.


FROM GALLERY TO BREWERY Brooklyn native Norman Oder leads the New York Like a Native tour through Williamsburg, ending at the Brooklyn Brewery for samples. Other highlights include the neighborhood’s historic Broadway corridor, the Peter Luger steakhouse, and several art galleries. Saturday, 1:30-4 p.m., meet in front of Williamsburg Art & Historical Center, 135 Broadway at Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, 718-393-7537, $16.


ROCKS AND BUTTERFLIES Sharon Seitz of the Brooklyn Center for the Urban Environment leads a moderate 1.6-mile walk through Inwood Hill Park, exploring summer wildflowers, glacial formations, and Native American rock caves. Saturday, 3-5 p.m., meet at the Indian Road and 218th Street entrance to Inwood Hill Park, 718-788-8500, $11 general, $9 members, $8 students and seniors.


DYCKMAN DAY The Dyckman Farmhouse Museum grounds, recently reopened after a two-year closure, invites the public to a sneak peek of the grounds. Visitors can check out the exterior restoration work in process and see the newly renovated Hessian Hut. The farmhouse itself remains closed. Sunday, noon-4 p.m., Dyckman Farmhouse Museum, 4881 Broadway at 204th Street, 212-304-9422, free.
