ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia — A bomb attached to a bus exploded in northwestern Ethiopia yesterday, killing eight people, government officials said. Ethiopia said rival Eritrea was responsible. The bomb went off in Humera in Tigray State, about 373 miles northwest of the capital the Tigray State vice president, Abadi Zemo, said.
