A livery cab driver backed over a woman in Brooklyn, killing her, and then fled the scene early this morning. The woman, who police identified as Eunice Washington, 54, had hailed the car, a four-door burgundy sedan, with her son, 28, and daughter, 29, at about 4 a.m. this morning. Police said Washington’s daughter fought with the driver after he pulled over to pick them up at the intersection of Elderts Lane and Linden Boulevard in East New York.

As the victim’s son went to the aid of her daughter, police said the driver put the vehicle into reverse. The car jumped the curb, hitting Washington.
