Flowing layers of loose, shimmering fabric, hemmed in by feathers and wide belts, were on display at Willow. Designer Kit Willow paired a strapless black evening gown with a billowing, oversize silver jacket topped with epaulets of black and white feathers. Diaphanous, floor-length gowns came in satiny gold and crimson, while structured, jewel-toned dresses were cinched by metallic belts. And lest all that glamour cause us to forget about the workplace: gathered, ruffled tops recalled 1980s-era “secretary shirts.”
