PORTRAITS OF HOPE AIDS Healthcare Foundation presents the traveling exhibit “AfricAlive,” a series of 35 life-size photographs of women, men, and children in South Africa and Uganda receiving anti-retroviral treatments from the organization’s clinics. Dorit Thies’s portraits are accompanied by biographical sketches outlining each subject’s personal story.The exhibit will travel to Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Toronto in conjunction with the 16th International AIDS Conference.
