NEWBORN CARE The 20th annual Child of Peace Award Dinner honors Diane and James Quinn and Frances Hardart for their philanthropic work. Proceeds benefit the maternity services program of the Catholic Home Bureau, which provides resources for more than 1,000 pregnant women each year. FULL OF GRACE Mayor Giuliani and the New York Mets are honorees at the third annual Tuesday’s Children benefit.
