GET UP, GET ON UP Dance among the greenery this year at P.S.1’s second Warm Up party of the summer, which takes place in the courtyard of the Queens art center, right alongside the critically acclaimed “P.F.1 (Public Farm One)” sculpture. On Saturday, the French fashion line agnès b. presents an international lineup, including the quirky Austrian theremin player and composer Dorit Chrysler; a New York-based dream-pop trio, Au Revoir Simone, and the French DJ Danton Eeprom, who embodies the electronic, trance, and new-wave sounds that are increasingly popular in Europe and South America — as well as in clubs throughout New York. The Warm Up series features live music performances, and has been taking place every summer at P.S.1 for 10 years, facilitating weekly and jubilant dance parties.
Saturday, 3-9 p.m., P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center, 22-25 Jackson Ave. at 46th Avenue, Long Island City, Queens, 718-784-2084, $10.
