STRETCHING HIMSELF New oil paintings by young artist Kristopher Benedict are on display at Tibor de Nagy Gallery. He incorporates dissonant colors to depict a variety of New York City scenes, from a vibrant Prospect Park to the yoga classes seen here. Above is “Three Figures” (2005) and at left is “Figure” (2005). Robert Berlind’s oil paintings of trees, stones, leaves, rivers, and sky are also on display at the gallery.
