SUMMER WARM-UP P.S.1’s Warm Up Music Series offers art, music, beer, and barbecue each Saturday afternoon through September 3. This weekend, Tortured Soul performs. As always, the event is hosted in the art center’s courtyard and features an architectural installation designed by the winner of the Museum of Modern Art and P.S.1’s Sixth Annual Young Architects Program. This year, the space is framed by the installation “SUR,” by the Los Angeles-based firm Xefirotarch. Saturday, 3-9 p.m., P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center, 22-25 Jackson Ave. at 46th Avenue, Long Island City, Queens, $8 Warm Up admission from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Museum admission is free from noon to 2 p.m. on Warm Up Saturdays.
