REFINED TASTES Several literary magazines present work from their pages that focus on the theme of tasting.The editor of Tin House, Rob Spillman, introduces Michelle Wildgen, who reads her essay “Ode to an Egg.” The editor of zing-magazine, Devin Dikeou, presents Max Ruback, who reads his short story “Monsters.” Finally, Michael Graves reads his poem “Blatnoy Enters AA,” introduced by the editor of Mad Hatters’ Review, Carol Novack. NOVEL AND NEW Novelists Carolina Sanin and Nick Fowler read from their latest works, and a contributing editor at Vanity Fair, David Margolick,presents his book “Beyond Glory: Joe Louis vs. Max Schmeling and a World on the Brink.” Novelist Julian Rubinstein emcees the reading.
