DOWNTOWN REVIVAL Arthur Nersesian’s 1993 play “East Village Writer’s Bloc,” a theatrical chronicle of the downtown lives of six artists, will enjoy a limited engagement revival. This production coincides with the release of “East Village Tetralogy” (Akashic Books), an anthology of Mr. Nersesian’s plays.
