CROSSING HOUSTON The Lower East Side Conservancy leads a three-hour walking tour, “Crossing Houston: Synagogues, Historic Sites, and Hidden Gardens of the East Village.” The tour visits contrasting architectural structures, from the 19th-century Greek Revival-style Community Synagogue to the narrow tenement-style Congregation Adas Yisroel Anshe Meseritz Synagogue. Sunday, 11:15 a.m., meet in front of the Second Avenue Deli, 156 Second Ave. at 10th Street, 212-374-4100 ext. 3, $18 general, $14 students, $16 seniors.
