State Assemblyman Kenneth Zebrowski of Rockland County reportedly died yesterday after being hospitalized for a hepatitis C infection and a blot clot in his leg. He was 61.
A native of Brooklyn, Zebrowski was first elected to the Assembly in 2004 after serving several terms as a Rockland County legislator, including a stint as county Democratic majority leader.
According to his Assembly personal Web site, Zebrowski had a personal motto about the legislative process: “The Legislature is the people’s best ‘window’ for immediate access to their government.
He is survived by his wife, Linda, and six children.
