Missing Family Found in Brooklyn

In a second alleged family abduction case this week involving Massachusetts and New York police, the New York City Police Department said it found four children and their parents in Brooklyn yesterday after they fled to the city.
Law enforcement authorities say they apprehended the father, Rodlyn Petitbois of Lynn, Mass., who was wanted for questioning in connection with the homicide of an adult woman. Police said they took custody of Mr. Petitbois’s four toddlers, ranging between 11 months old and 3 years old. Police said they found the family, including the mother, at Franklin Avenue and Union Street in Brooklyn.
Massachusetts State Police and the Lynn Police Department issued an Amber Alert for the children yesterday after they said the father abducted his wife and toddlers from the area of 99 High Rock St. in Lynn, which they called a murder scene. Police said Mr. Petitbois, 25, was potentially armed and considered dangerous.
In an unrelated incident also involving Massachussets police, law enforcement authorities said Clark Rockefeller of Boston kidnapped his 7-year-old daughter during a supervised custodial visit Sunday and brought her to New York City. Police said they are still looking for Mr. Rockefeller and his daughter.
