This 1903 Park Slope limestone townhouse contains 13 stained-glass pieces: 10 windows, two doors, and one skylight. The parlor level has striking detail: an entry hall with an oak staircase and oak-framed peer mirror; a front parlor with a mahogany-framed peer mirror, fretwork, gilt gesso and wedding cake moldings, pocket doors, and inlaid parquet floors with marquetry; a library with alabaster sconces and built-in cherry and leaded-glass bookshelves; a dining room with a coffered ceiling, oak breakfront, and a custom-designed 12-foot-long mahogany table; and a kitchen with antique cabinetry. The third floor features an inglenook with oak benches and a bird’s-eye maple built-in closet; a master suite with bird’s-eye maple dressers and pocket doors, double marble vanities, a built-in dressing area, and a bath with a closet toilet. The fourth floor features an office, dressing room, two bedrooms, and bath with a clawfoot tub. This home, which measures about 5,000 square feet, also contains six fireplaces with original mantels. Other design details include three original fireplace mantels (one has griffins on either side), a coffered ceiling, an original rosette with cherubs, bay windows, original pocket and paneled (with beaded trim) doors, panel moldings, inlaid parquet floors with marquetry, an original claw foot tub, and a set of back stairs.

The fourth level contains two large bedrooms, one small one, an office, bath, and laundry room. The garden level, now part of this single-family home, is a legal one-bedroom unit. Other details include eleven-foot, parlor-floor windows, seven fireplaces (four are wood burning and two have marble mantels), inlaid parquet floors, original hardware and hinges, and a cedar closet.
