NEW YORK STREETS Landscape paintings by Frederick Brosen are on display in “Still New York.” Mr. Brosen captures the city at dawn, beginning by sketching a scene, then photographing it, sketching it again, and finally painting it. FLORA AND FAUNA New paintings by David Kroll, who incorporates birds, fish, and insects into his still lifes, are on display through this weekend at Littlejohn Contemporary. It’s the last show on view at the gallery’s 57th Street space before it moves to Connecticut.
