MAKING MUSIC A “Blooming Babies” program in Brooklyn lets little ones explore music and rhythm with an array of international instruments, including a shekere and a guiro.The activity, which is intended for children between 18 months and 2 1/2 years old, also lets participants make their own shaker to take home. Today, 11 a.m.-noon, Brooklyn Children’s Museum, 145 Brooklyn Ave. at St. Mark’s Avenue, Brooklyn, 718-735-4400, $4 general, free for members.
