HOORAY FOR HATS Children can celebrate spring with a festive bonnet parade. They can examine hats from all over the world, then make and decorate their own paper hat to take home. The event is intended for children ages 6 and older. Today, 3 p.m., Brooklyn Children’s Museum, 145 Brooklyn Ave. at St. Mark’s Avenue, 718-735-4400, $4 general, members free.
