ABOUT VAN PEEBLES Filmmaker Joe Angio, producer Michael Solomon, and Melvin Van Peebles appear in person at a screening of the new film “How To Eat Your Watermelon in White Company (And Enjoy It),” a portrait of the multi-talented Mr. Van Peebles: He has been an Air Force officer, San Francisco cable car conductor, novelist in French, film director, Tony-nominated Broadway playwright, and Wall Street trader.
