LOVE AND PUPPETRY “Quand la mer monte …” (“When the Sea Rises”) (1984) is screened as part of the series Through the Eyes of Women,a tribute to French female filmmakers. The film’s director, Yolande Moreau, stars as an actress touring with a one-woman show in northern France.
