GO GUARACHA
Trini and Nersa Marquez are two-thirds of the Marquez Sisters, an ensemble that was at the center of Cuba’s lively guaracha music scene during the 1940s.The two perform in a rare concert this week that also features a lecture about guaracha.Trini plays guitar and Nersa plays maracas, with Lourdes Lopez joining in on vocals.
