STARRY JAZZ Jazz lovers can enjoy live music, tapas, and wine under the stars at the American Museum of Natural History.The Marcus Strickland Quartet, headed by a 23-year-old saxophonist, is next in the series. FOUR AFTER MIDNIGHT The Reggie Washington 4tet, headed by bassist Reggie Washington, performs as part of the Late Night Groove Series. The other members of the ensemble are keyboardist Jason Lindner, saxophonist Jacques Schwarzbart, and drummer Gene Lake.
