THANKS, LANCE! New Yorkers can sign a seven-foot thank-you card for Lance Armstrong in Times Square today. The Outdoor Life Network will broadcast the 13th stage of the Tour de France, in which Mr. Armstrong is currently racing, on the Times Square Jumbotron during the event.The card will end its journey in Mr. Armstrong’s hometown of Austin, Tex., and will be presented to him at a post-Tour party – with any luck, a victory celebration. Today, 9 a.m.-noon, Times Square, Military Island, 43rd Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue, free.
