AL FRESCO With springtime comes outdoor seating. Ribot (780 Third Ave. at 48th Street, 212-355-3700), has started slowly with the addition of 10 seats outdoors, but it plans to add another 50 or so down 48th Street as the weather warms up. That will more than double the seating capacity of this Mediterranean bistro.
