A man who was ordered by authorities to avoid his girlfriend entered her home early yesterday morning in the Bronx and stabbed her to death before turning the knife on himself, police said.

Investigators responded to an emergency call at 325 East 176th St. in the Bronx at about 12:30 a. m. yesterday and found the body of Lander Jones, 26, in front of a fifth floor apartment, police said. In the apartment, police found the body of Mabelyn Ariola, 18, who had been stabbed multiple times in the neck and back.

Ariola had filed two domestic violence reports against Jones and a judge had issued an order of protection, requiring Jones to stay away, police sources said.
