Teaching your children the ABCs is one thing, but when they learn it backward at age 2, you have to credit the musicians who put it to rock guitar. A duo from Brooklyn, the Z Brothers, have built a loyal following of both parents and tots, who typically pack the pair’s live performances of everything from the Beatles to Barney tunes. Their album “The Z Brothers Teach the ABZs” ($20) is loaded with fun songs to which kids through age 6 can sing along. Tracks include the popular “If You’re Happy and You Know It” and the “The Achoo Song,” which allergy-prone listeners will relate to; hip New York parents will want to dance to “In the City.”

The CD is a perfect soundtrack for any child-filled event. To order, go to merchdirect.net.
