DANCING IN THE PARK The Central Park Conservancy holds its 10th annual summer benefit under the stars in the park’s Naumburg Bandshell. Guests at “Taste of Summer” enjoy food from 40 New York City restaurants, a silent auction, and music from DJ Frank Rempe. MUSIC FOR MEMORIES The Alzheimer’s Association’s Forget-Me-Not Gala is expected to raise $1 million for research into the disease. The benefit honors the New York Police Department and others who helped find a missing Alzheimer’s patient, Annie Burns, who had wandered to New York City from St. Louis, Mo. Valerie Romanoff’s Starlight Orchestra provides music. Thursday, June 2, 6:30 p.m. cocktails, dinner and awards to follow, the Pierre Hotel, 2 East 61st St. at Fifth Avenue, 212-888-7003, $750-$2,500.
