HIP FOR THE HIMALAYANS The Torana Club, the under-40 committee of the Young Friends of the Rubin Museum of Art, presents its inaugural bash. The “art dance” features Indian musician Suphala playing the tabla, and spinning by DJ Donna D’Cruz. Partygoers also enjoy a private viewing of the exhibit “Female Buddhas: Women of Enlightenment in Himalayan Art.” Tonight, 9 p.m.-1 a.m., Rubin Museum of Art, 150 W. 17th St., between Sixth and Seventh avenues, 212-620-5000 ext. 344, $40 in advance, $45 at the door.
