STRINGS ATTACHED The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center presents the Miro Quartet, which performs Shostakovich’s String Quartet in F-sharp Major and Dvorak’s String Quartet in Aflat Major. Violinists Sandy Yamamoto and Daniel Ching are members of the string ensemble. Tonight, 7:30 p.m., Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center, 1941 Broadway at 65th Street, 212-875-5050, $30–$52.

IN HOT PURSUIT The Bravery performs postpunk influenced dance-rock tunes from its self-titled album, including “An Honest Mistake” and “Unconditional.” Band members include guitarist Michael Zakarin, bass guitarist Mike H., and lead vocalist Sam Endicott. Radio 4 is an accompanying act. Tonight, 8 p.m., Webster Hall, 125 E. 11th St., between Third and Fourth avenues, 212-353-1600, $15.

PIANO CONCERTI Carnegie Hall presents pianist Aglaia Koras, who performs an all-Mozart program. Tonight, 8 p.m., Carnegie Hall, Weill Recital Hall, 54 W. 57th St. at Seventh Avenue, 212-247-7800, $35 general. Student and senior discounts are available at box office for this performance.

OF HUSTLERS AND DREAMERS A former DJ née Clarence Greenwood, Citizen Cope, performs selections from his album “Every Waking Moment,” a patchwork of hip-hop beats, sleepy blues, and piano melodies. A vocalist with a four-octave range, Alice Smith, is a featured act. Tonight, 8 p.m., Nokia Theatre Times Square, 1515 Broadway at 44th Street, 212-307-7171, $30–$33.

LEGEND IN THE ATTIC “In the Attic” is a live taping of a music Web-cast. An accomplished pianist, singer, and a creator of the online show, Rachel Fuller, is host of the event. Featured performers include a lead guitarist for the Who, Pete Townshend, a son of John Lennon, musician Sean Lennon, and singers Ryan Adams and Martha Wainwright. Tonight, 9 p.m., Joe’s Pub, 425 Lafayette St., between 4th Street and Astor Place, 212-539-8778, $50 general, $300 for VIP seating and meet-and-greet with featured artists.
