STAR-STUDDED SKATING The students of the Figure Skating in Harlem program join some of the world’s top skaters, including Sasha Cohen, Emily Hughes, and Sarah Hughes, in “Skating with the Stars, Under the Stars.” This year’s gala honors Debi Thomas, an Olympic bronze medal ist and the first African-American ever to win a medal at the Winter Olympics. Proceeds go to Figure Skating in Harlem. Monday, 6-9 p.m., Central Park, Wollman Rink, entrance at 59th Street and Sixth Avenue, 212-786-6185, $250.
