ALL IN ONE The owners of Ammos will be opening a new restaurant, bar, and gourmet market at the Helena this fall. Hudson Café Market (601 W. 57th St. at Eleventh Avenue) will occupy 4,300 square feet of the luxury rental building on ground level, and another 2,300 square feet downstairs. Ammos chef David Ogren will be in charge of the “contemporary American comfort food” that will be served there.
