MOSCOW — Russian investigators conducting a real estate fraud probe will question a critic of President Putin who was barred from running in the country’s presidential election, his spokeswoman said yesterday. The prosecutor general’s office will question Prime Minister Kasyanov about the case involving a country house that authorities say he purchased illegally, a spokeswoman for Mr. Kasyanov, Yelena Dikun, said.
