MADRID, Spain — Spanish police arrested a Moroccan man suspected of sending money to Islamic fighters in Iraq and providing false identity papers to radicals traveling to that country, the Interior Ministry said yesterday. Abdellatif Nekkavi was arrested in Badalona, a ministry statement said.
