Prime Minister Viktor Orbán of Hungary will soon leave office after being soundly defeated by his center-right challenger, Péter Magyar, who was once a member of Mr. Orbán’s own party. The defeat came shortly after the outgoing prime minister held a campaign event with Vice President Vance.
