URBAN COWBOYS Country music artists perform at the Chevy All Access Music Tour, which coincides with the announcement of nominees for the 39th annual Country Music Association awards, which take place November in New York. Scheduled performances include Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson (today, 12:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., respectively), and Cowboy Troy and Billy Currington (tomorrow, noon and 5 p.m., respectively).
