AUCTION VOICE The American Federation of Arts welcomes Tobias Meyer as the first speaker of the spring season of ArtTalks, the organization’s lecture series. Mr. Meyer, Sotheby’s worldwide head of contemporary art,was the subject of a recent profile in the New Yorker.A question-and-answer session and reception follow.
