Former Pentagon Official Claims Newly Released Documents Confirm Recovery of ‘Non-Human’ Materials

A former Pentagon official tasked with investigating unexplained anomalous phenomena asserts that recently declassified government documents provide undeniable evidence that the United States has treated UAPs as a grave national security threat for decades. According to Luis Elizondo, these files also substantiate long-standing claims involving recovered extraterrestrial materials. He is an Army veteran who worked with the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence before being recruited to the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP), a government program to investigate aerial threats including UAPs.Mr. Elizondo highlighted the magnitude of the latest data drop on Fox News’ “Jesse Watters Primetime,” where he appeared Friday. “There is an absolute treasure trove of information contained in this second tranche of information,” he said, noting that the top-secret intelligence dating back to the 1940s strongly supports the existence of UAPs.“The reality is that this is a topic that our government has been taking very seriously for a very long time. We’d go to extreme lengths to try to cover it up, and this administration means business,” he said.Praising current efforts for disclosure, he added, “This administration is the first administration in my memory that’s actually delivering on a promise to be more transparent and open with the American public about this topic.”Mr. Elizondo said the historical files indicate that the presence of extraterrestrial material is “very real” and “certainly a national security issue.” Highlighting the technological disparity, he warned, “These things have been encountered over controlled U.S. airspace and frankly can outmaneuver anything that we had and still have in our inventory.”He suggested Cold War tensions drove the initial secrecy, as the American government tried not to “tip our hands to our adversaries what technologies we were able to glean from this” or to expose vulnerabilities. However, he argued that such secrecy is outdated. “The times have changed, and a lot of the old reasoning, I don’t think, is valid anymore,” he said.“I think the American public can handle the truth. I think the American public deserves the truth, and I know what I saw when I was at the Pentagon,” Mr. Elizondo said. “I will say there are some concerns there because you’re talking about a conversation that’s going to require a lot of people to do soul-searching. You’re talking about something that’s going to challenge everybody from a philosophical, a psychological, theological perspective, and even sociological perspective.”The push for transparency is further explored in the 2025 documentary, “The Age of Disclosure.” Directed by Dan Farah, the film investigates an alleged 80-year global cover-up of non-human intelligence.“For a very long time, the public, Congress and even the president have been kept out of the loop on this subject,” Mr. Farah told Fox News. “In the last few years, senior members of Congress, senior members of the administration — thanks to whistleblowers — have found out what’s been going on, and they are now in pursuit of the truth for themselves and for the American people.”Filmed over three years, the documentary features 34 senior U.S. government officials, including Mr. Elizondo. “Every single person I interviewed made it very clear that it was no longer a question of whether this was a real situation,” Mr. Farah said. “It’s a very real situation.” Secretary of State Marco Rubio is among those featured, noting, “We’ve had repeated instances of something operating in the airspace over restricted nuclear facilities, and it’s not ours.”The film frames the situation as a high-stakes race to reverse-engineer alien craft. Jay Stratton, former director of the UAP Task Force, warned, “The first country that cracks the code on this technology will be the leader for years to come.”
